How long will it take to personalize my gift(s)?


Our objective is to process your order, personalize it, package it and ship it in 1 or 2 business days on confirmation of payment and design. We will notify you immediately if your order is delayed more than 5 business days. Please let us know if you have a specific deadline and we will try our best to meet your targeted date.


How do I personalize a gift?


We make personalizing your gift a simple and enjoyable process. Just e-mail your below specifications clearly

        . Text (if any)
        . Image (if any)
        . Background Colour (if any)
        . Background Image (if any with URL)
        . Fontname (if any)
        . Any other attributes if required

 along with your order Id to and then we create it uniquely for you.We design and E-mail/Whatsapp you back and await for your confirmation/changes 24 hours only. After 24 hours your product will be immediately printed and dispatched. Please note that designing is free of charge and a main design with your listed specifications will be sent for a product and user is allowed to make any corrections on  them. Once the final approval is done , product will be immediately sent for printing.


How much text can I use and what size font do you use?


Each gift has a limitation on the number of characters that can be printed with the design. The font size is determined by the number of characters we are using on your specific gift. The more text used the smaller the font size. 

Where will the Printing appear on my gift?


The Printing location is predetermined and will depend on the gift you are personalizing. In most cases the printing is done in the center of the item. 


What are Our Shipping Rates?


Shipping is absolutely free on a minimum order of Rs.500. For orders below Rs.500 a shipping fee of Rs.50 will be added during checkout.


Can I Change Or Cancel My Order?


Once completed and placed, your personalized order is immediately sent to our production facilities so that we may offer you expedient service, with orders often personalized and shipped within 24 hours!  Understandably, cancellations or changes to personalized orders cannot be accepted once you have completed and placed your order.  Completion of your order confirms and acknowledges that you have reviewed and verified the accuracy of your entire order before it was submitted.

When Will My Order Ship?


We pride ourselves on fast turnaround with most orders shipping from our warehouse within two business days!!  


Can I Check The Status Of My Order Online?


Yes!  The status of your order can be found on our website 24 hours a day as long as you have created an account with us!   Please click here  to view your status. Your order history will appear and you can check the status by simply clicking on the order number.  Links will be provided to track the shipment once it has left our warehouse.

Yes we can use symbols but they must be typed and converted to .png file.

Can I Order An Item Without Personalization?

Can I Change My Shipping Address in My Account?


You can change the shipping address on your order if you have created an account with us.  Please click on My Account on our home page which will prompt you to sign in to your account.  Please select 'Modify your address book entries' and you will be prompted to enter the updated information.   Please ensure you click the continue button once finished so our system retains the most recent updates.


What Payment Methods Do You Accept?


We accept most major credit/debit cards including Visa,Visa Electron, MasterCard,Maestro, Discover and American Express. 

Understandably,We do not accept cash, cheques or COD.


Will I Receive an Order and Shipping Confirmation?


You will receive confirmation from us by email as soon as your order is received which will include your order details and shipping information.  You will also receive confirmation from us by email as soon as your order ships that will include tracking numbers with links for quick and easy tracking!


How Will My Order Be Packaged?


We can assure you that your order will be packaged with the utmost care to ensure its safe arrival.  We realize that presentation is an important part of the gift-giving experience!  We carefully package each order based on content with materials that protect your item(s) while making a great first impression. 


Do you provide a preview?


Previews are provided for all Your items. We do not modify, add or remove any portion of the confirmed design.
Just mail your specifications clearly(for eg:background 

colour,image,text,fontname etc) along with your order Id to and then we workout it for you.Attach the URL along with the mail if any general image is to be added .We design and E-mail/Whatsapp you back and await 

confirmation/changes for 24 hours. After 24 hours your product will be printed and dispatched. Please note that only two main designs will be sent for a product and user is allowed to make corrections on any of them.
